Available Positions:

 

Youth Development Specialist

  • The Youth Development Specialist is responsible for implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities in a variety of program areas, such as education and STEM, arts and crafts, sports and recreation, good character and citizenship, and health and wellness. The Youth Development Specialist will ensure the Club environment is healthy, fun, safe, clean, and well maintained for Club members ages 6-18. 

 

Membership Coordinator

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing operations related to MyClubHub (MCH); including member account support, data entry and integrity, providing reports and ensuring the optimal guest experience. Additionally, the Membership Coordinator ensures daily duties associated with the front desk are consistent with the Boys & Girls Club of the Fox Valley’s Mission.

 

Junior Staff

The Junior Staff is responsible for assisting to implement and supervise activities in a variety of program areas, such as education and STEM, arts and crafts, sports and recreation, good character and citizenship, and health and wellness. The Junior Staff will support a Club environment that is healthy, fun, safe, clean, and well maintained for Club members ages 6-13.

 

Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is responsible for supervising the Club entrance, greeting caregivers and guests, answering phone calls, ensuring accurate attendance records and data entry.

 

Youth Coordinator

The Unit Coordinator works in partnership with the Unit/Program Director to manage overall daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club at school-based sites with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, facilities management, and data collection/entry. Unit Coordinators function as lead staff with emphasis on supporting member needs and behavior management and maintaining respectful and collaborative relationships with caregivers and community partners.
