2025-2026 School Year Club Program
The school year programs at our Boys & Girls Club of Manitowoc locations are a popular choice for children, youth, and families, and we are thrilled to make after-school a fun learning experience for so many! We believe that after-school hours are a great time to give kids opportunities to develop new friendships, play, continue to learn, and experience new things.
School Year Program registration is NOW OPEN for our Manitowoc Branch and Washington Middle School location.

Program Information
The school year programs will once again feature a wide-ranging array of fun and exciting programs. Sports and recreation, Fine arts, small group discussions, leadership and community service, STEM, and much, much more will be among the many opportunities available again this year.
How do I register my child?
To get started, you must create an account or log into the Caregiver Portal. We prioritize serving families and youth who need us most. Youth and families facing adverse challenges will be accepted into the program first. To learn more, visit our Caregiver Portal support page.
Other Important Registration Dates
Registration for no school day attendance and after-school transportation to the Manitowoc Club will open on July 21st, 2025. We will be communicating additional Winter and Spring Break dates, activities, and registration information to families later in the school year. Families can expect further communication regarding Winter Break attendance in October 2025 and Spring Break in February 2025.
Before registering for general non-school day attendance and transportation, please confirm that your youth is signed up for a 2025-2026 school year membership at any of our locations.
You can check this information on the home page of the Caregiver Portal login under “Memberships & Program Registrations”. Once you confirm your youth is registered as a Club member for the 2025-2026 school year, adding program registrations is a breeze. Just follow the steps on page 10 in our Caregiver Portal Guide.
Scheduling & Attendance Requirements
Please only submit one enrollment form per child for your main attendance location. The Caregiver Support webpage provides more details on how to do this.
Fee Information
It is our mission to ensure that we serve the youth in our community who need us most and that a family’s income level is not a barrier to participation. Thanks to the generosity of many friends and supporters of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, we can ensure that families of extremely low to middle income will still be provided a substantially subsidized program fee. Depending on location, families of upper income who utilize the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley will be charged the full cost of service for our program. As always, we understand that families face various challenges outside of income level, and we ask that you reach out if you need help managing the cost of your child’s participation. The fee structure for the school year programs varies by location.
